Posture Belts in the Sand

Primal golf training utilising posture belts and mini-belts in the sand at our warm weather golf training camp in Australia, January 2011. This is a wonderful example of how a golfer can break up the effects of excessive practice and also how anyone can combat the effects of spending too long behind the wheel of a car, at a desk or using a PC. This can really help co-ordination, postural control, balance, endurance and to fire up key golf muscles such as the glutes, scapula and triceps.
